What You’ll learn:

• Introduction to Six Sigma: Yellow Belt training typically starts with an introduction to Six Sigma principles, methodologies, and the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) problem-solving framework
• Roles and Responsibilities: Participants learn about the roles and responsibilities of Yellow Belts within the Six Sigma hierarchy. Yellow Belts typically work as team members on improvement projects led by Green Belts or Black Belts. 
• Fundamental Tools and Techniques: Yellow Belt training covers fundamental Six Sigma tools and techniques used for process improvement, such as process mapping, data collection, basic statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and brainstorming.
• Project Participation: Yellow Belts often participate in Six Sigma projects within their organization, contributing to data collection, analysis, and implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Basic Problem-Solving Skills: Participants develop basic problem-solving skills that enable them to identify process inefficiencies, root causes of defects, and opportunities for improvement.
